Honey Turmeric Face Mask

This mask is great for brightening the skin, reducing inflammation, and fighting acne.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey (antibacterial, moisturizing)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory, brightening)

  • 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt or milk (optional, for exfoliation and hydration)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the honey and turmeric until well blended. If you’re using yogurt or milk, add it in and stir to form a smooth paste.

  2. Apply the mask evenly to your face, avoiding the eye area.

  3. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Gently rinse off with warm water, using circular motions to exfoliate as you wash it off.

  5. Pat your skin dry and follow with your favorite moisturizer.
